Ron Richardson has provided StumpTown Kilts (STK) with great advice over the last year. We went to Ron with questions about our choice to establish an S-Corp. Ron calmed our concerns. He then provided STK with valuable information regarding S-corp regulations - including Board of Directors formation and Shareholder compensation. Ron also helped us in determining the best way to manage our inventory. We were so impressed with Ron’s insights and professionalism that we asked him to be on our Board.
